The only items that come in a specific weight is bacon and bulk sausage which is in 1lb. packages. Once the product has been pulled and the weight recorded, we will send you correct price with tax.
Fresh Belly, brined and slow smoked in our own Smoke House for hours. Sliced thick and packaged in 1lb. bags. Vacuum sealed and frozen for extended freshness for 12+ months in freezer.
