Cranberry & Blueberry Wine Sauce

Description

This wonderful sauce is made with fresh Cranberries, Blueberries, and a hearty Cabernet, simmered with cinnamon and sugar, to create a rich sauce that can be used on or in just about anything.  Serve warm or cold.  Extra can be frozen for future use!  What’s not to love about that.

Baste your Ham

Serve warm with Pork Chops

Served warm over Ice Cream

Serve over Cream Cheese as a dip

Pureeing the sauce and using it to make a cocktail

Stirring the sauce into my pancake batter

Adding some to a batch of Sangria

Spreading it on toast for breakfast
