Fresh ground pork, blended with Bakers own seasoning. Stuffed in natural casing, then slow smoked in our own Smoke House for hours, cooled and packed 7 in a package. Vacuum sealed and frozen for extended freshness for 12+ months in freezer.
Ingredients – Pork, blend of Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Sodium Phosphates, Garlic and Onion Powder, Sassafras Powder, Sodium Erythorbate, Spice extractives, Sodium Nitrite.
