Smoke Kielbasa starts with Bakers Farm fresh ground pork, then blended with Bakers own seasoning. Stuffed in a natural casing. Then slow smoked for hours in our very own smoke house. Once cooled, then 7 links are packaged, vacuum sealed and frozen for extended freshness for 12+ months in freezer.
Our seasoning is a blending of Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Ground Mustard Seed, Spices, Garlic, Sodium Nitrite, and Silicone Dioxide.
All of our products are processed at Baker Farms own USDA facility, located on the farm site. Food inspectors are here every time we process our pork, to ensure you are getting the best quality we have to offer.
